Bail and Magistration Education
This course addresses changes in bail procedures under the Damon Allen Act as well as common topics and scenarios what Judges will encounter in setting and adjusting bail throughout the post arrest process. The presentations will educate Judges on best practices in order to ensure correct application of law and consistency in administrative processes.
